Travis was excellent and communicative, let me know what he was doing and why. Was a minor fix, completed thoroughly and quickly. No complaints or criticisms just a great tech and excellent service.

This was my first time using Sky and I will continue to use them from now for any of my HVAC needs. I initially emailed to schedule my appointment and got a phone call later that day to set up a time. Within 24 hrs a technician was at our home.

Mack Pressley was very repsonsive, professional and honest. He was able to diagnose our problems and told us exactly what he did, what was wrong and gave us options for repair. The quotes were fair and we were even refunded for redundant work or supplies.

Would highly recommend Sky and want to give a big shout out to Mack who was awesome!

Our Sky HVAC tech was very knowledgeable, on time, and hard working. He went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met, and spent more time checking other parts of our system to make sure nothing else was faulty. Absolutely will use again

Edward and Jason did an awesome job installing my ductless air conditioner. They were professional and courteous.

Had to finally have a complete heat pump installation and all of the people at Sky went the extra mile to give top notch service! Friendly yet professional, the installation team ( Jason, Bert and Chuck) were an amazing team, and took the time to explain the system and the digital wall thermostat that I was unfamiliar with. Thanks to everyone at Sky for a positive experience! I highly recommend this company for any HVAC service.

Firstly, scheduling was amazing. As soon as I got on the phone and explained my problem, I had an appointment for less than 24 hours later. I’ve never had an experience like that with an HVAC company. Upon my appointment, Thomas was prompt, courteous, and thoroughly explained what was going on, each step of his process and all of my options. I couldn’t have asked for a better all around experience with these guys!
