I called around to a few hvac places for after hours service when my heat pump stopped working outside. Within an hour, at 7pm, Sky hvac had Dwight on the way to me. Dwight quickly diagnosed the problem and had cold air blowing in my house in under 45 minutes. He took the time to not only explain the system to me but to also explain the schooling and benefits Sky provides its employees. I’ll be using them for all my hvac needs based off this experience.

My air conditioner stopped working. Called and they came out and found it was the condenser pump that removes water out of the crawl space.

The serviceman suggested, I could save money by picking up a condenser pump from a local store and install it myself since I was able to crawl and move in the space.
