Johnmichael was so awesome about the whole situation. We had to deal with a not so good warranty company and we had to ask him for extra information to oblige the warranty company. He was so nice about the whole process and if we ever need plumbing services again, “My Plumbers” will be our go to. Very professional too.

Recently relocating to this area, I was lucky to find My Plumbers. Steve and John Michael have performed number of services in my home with professionalism and extensive knowledge. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a leak under my toilet and I called them and within a few hours they showed up. They were very polite and professional. They found the problem within a short time. It turned out it was my septic tank. I would recommend them to everyone.

Johnmichael was very friendly, making it easy to remove, repair and reinstall my toilet during a flooring install. He offered to remove the toilet for the installer and came back to replace the toilet with no issues. I will use this company again! I highly recommend them.

Johnmichael of My Plumbers did a great job removing our existing vanity and installing a new one in our Powder Room. They vanity, sink and faucet all arrived separately. He explained exactly how he was going to install all of the pieces together and it turned out great. He was on time, very efficient and great to work with! Will definitely be calling My Plumbers again!

Our downstairs toilet started overflowing late on a Friday afternoon while I was showering. After being alerted to the problem, I got out mid-shower to discover that our sewer was backing up. We called 4 different plumbers to try to find somebody that could come help with our plumbing emergency, and My Plumbers was the ONLY company to respond.

I'm glad they were the ones who agreed to help, because they were SO great! Not only did they come within one hour of me calling on a Friday afternoon, they were also super professional and skilled at their job. A couple hours later and the problem was fixed and we were able to get back to our weekend.

I highly recommend My Plumbers if you are looking for a professional, skilled plumber at a fair price. They really helped us out of a very stressful situation.
