Unreliable scheduling. I booked an appointment about a week and a half in advance. A.C. Williams called me an hour and a half before the appointment to state they could come out right at that time to do the work. I let them know I was unavailable until the scheduled time. They stated that was fine. Then, five minutes before my appointment, they called and stated they had taken another job instead and would be unavailable to complete the work as scheduled.

We called as new customers to get someone to come and descale 2 tankless water heaters, as they were not working reliably.
The initial appoinment was postponed.
The second appointment was a no-show, no call.
I called to complain, and they sent someone the next day - but failed to tell the tech that they were coming to descale, so he did not have the equipment and chemical.
Each time, someone was paid to meet them. And still, the building does not have adequate hot water...

I asked a technician to come and do general maintenance to prevent possible breakdown. Just a few weeks later there was a breakdown anyway. They said they would not be able to send someone to repair for ten days, as they were prioritizing other clients. I don’t know if the other clients had bothered with maintenance as I had, but I doubt most of them had, and I didn’t feel they were honoring their maintenance work.
