My Plumbers is fantastic. A colleague at work recommended them to me and I'm glad they did. We've tried a lot of plumbers in Asheville and have had some pretty underwhelming experiences with many of the big name companies. This is our second service by My Plumbers. Service was excellent and thorough and we received excellent advice on upgrading our fixture. The replacement was done with meticulous attention and fully explained by Johnmichael. We won't hesitate to call My Plumbers again if needed or to recommend them to our neighbors.

Stephen and his younger brother came out and helped us with a few plumbing issues we were having… they were extremely knowledgeable and professional!

Co-owner/operator Stephen and his brother Mauricio came out to quote a residential hot water heater replacement for me. They were prompt, communicative, very thorough and did a great job addressing my concerns and educating me on the process. They were professional and courteous, and I would highly recommend them to others, and in particular to other women. It's always a concern about how you'll be treated when dealing with home maintenance companies, but I felt at ease, respected and comfortable in our interactions from start to finish. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing work.

The plumber could not have been nicer or more helpful. He completed the job quickly and explained everything he did. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

This was for a dishwasher install. We had Johnmichael come by to install a new dishwasher we had purchased. He arrived on time, helped talk through the various things he was doing while he was installing so I could learn along the way, made sure it was level and well secured during final install stage, tested it to make sure there were no leaks, organized the cord and drain under the sink, and hauled away the old one for us. Great service, friendly and professional, and will recommend to anyone else who needs a plumber!

Stephen and John-Micheal were fantastic. I had multiple companies come out to give me quotes on replacing the pressure reduction valve and install an expansion tank for my water heater. My Plumbers was fairly priced and started the job right away, working until after dark. With it being just days before Christmas I'm thankful the guys took the time to make sure my home is comfortable for the holidays and I have hot water. I highly recommend My Plumbers and will be using them again if the need arises.

Highly recommend! John Michael Baratta was very professional and super knowledgeable. Rare that a company actually sends a licensed plumber out to help you. Very thorough assessment of my water pressure and the situation before the install.
