My experience with this company was none other than exceptional. We needed a new waterline installed at our church for about 350-400 feet and the process went very smooth.

Although I mainly worked with John, his business partner is wonderful also. They are honest, trustworthy, and do quality work. I found it easy to communicate with them and I really appreciated the daily updates on the work. I plan to use this company in the future for church work and for plumbing needs at my residence. I highly recommend My Plumbers LLC.

Easy to talk to. Responsive. Had them come out a couple of times to fix a leaking pipe, install a new pressure tank, and add gas line to a new fireplace. They were great and very fair on price, which I really appreciate. I will definitely be calling them again for our next projects.

I cannot recommend My Plumbers highly enough! My Plumbers came out on short notice, turned around my job quickly, and did clean, high-end, professional work. John Michael was practical and thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done and how he could improve my water heater set-up. He added in a couple, extra small jobs and improvements at minimal cost. Everything is working perfectly and in much better shape than I found it when I bought the house. I will call again for any and all plumbing needs!

My Plumbers were wonderful to work with. I requested a 3bay sink and hand-washing sink to be installed in a commercial space. They worked hard to figure out the best and most cost effective way to get the job done properly. From start to finish they were responsive to questions, on time, professional and worked hard to troubleshoot any issues that arose. Completely satisfied with their service and work. Will definitely choose their business for any future plumbing needs.

It started with me asking a ton of questions and Stephen patiently taking the time to answer them and address all my concerns. I felt like I was well informed with no pressure to make a decision.
Once I was ready to move forward, he was extremely prompt in coming out for a consultation and equally as quick to begin performing the work. They were both extremely courteous while in our home, and took care to thoroughly clean up after they finished.
Courtesy calls were provided prior to arrival times, they were punctual, and the work was completed in a timely manner. To top it all off, I am thoroughly pleased with the product installed!

Company reccommended by a neighbor. Stephen came out and quickly solved the problem with our tankless hwh and made suggestions on how we could use it more efficiently. Suggested we have the unit descaled, when John Michael came and flushed it out it was obvious it was needed. Very pleased with performance and price.
