I am very upset with this company. I have the duke power hot water replacement coverage. They sent this company out which is an hr and a half away. Which the company started charging me the second they headed to my house. 99 dollars an hour by the way. They got her lil after 10 said yeah you need a hot water heater. Left before 11 to go to lowes to get one. 30 gallon low boy hot water heat price 388 dollar. In forest city today the power is out including lowes took the hour and half to come back where i was also charged 99 dollars an hour for that too. In the long run they used the full 1000 from duke energy and was going to charge me 175 out of pocket. I called the manager who explained i was been charged for all these things. I asked how was it fair i get charged for a power outage. He said how is it fair he pay for it. Long story short i still have no working hot water heater because i refuse to be robbed and wasted 6 hours of my life.

Absolutely pitiful customer service as their employees rode the back of our car on the highway with brights on as we are going above the speed limit. Services were overpriced when discussed, timeliness was below average. Just a bad experience even trying to get their service, if there are other options, use them.
