I was in Asheville for my sisters wedding, dressed up for a bridal luncheon, on my way there and hit a pot hole which quickly resulted in a very flat tire. TODD from Haynes Heating and Cooling saw me in distress (trying not to get my silk skirt messed up), stopped and changed my tire for me. It was on a bend in a little mountain road (pretty dangerous location) and he just helped and would take anything in return. I wouldn’t have made it without him. Thank you!

No Power! Oh No! Called Darlene at 10:00 am told her my main Obsolete breaker had failed big time. Do to great timing ,
Darlene informed me Randy was going right through Weaverville NC area and showed up 15 minutes later . Randy was fabulous , he went above and beyond to get my power on, and 4 hrs later Randy updated my 37 year old breaker box at a fair price.

Last Friday morning, Technician Randy Moore immediately located an electrical issue between the power pole and our home and contacted Duke Energy. Today members of the Heating and Cooling Division were out supporting the Haywood Chamber Golf Tournament, providing delicious grilled sandwiches to all participants. Grateful for this 100+ year-old member of the community!

Steven repaired a copper pipe to the heating and air conditioning system and is a great worker.
