Great professional service! Haynes Technology was prompt to answer my questions, even after several attempts of explaining my situation. They were very patient and knowledgeable. Refreshing to know friendly service is still possible.

Downed tree pulled power lines away from home. They got to me the same day I called. Fixed damage in a timely manner, plus did some troubleshooting.

This place is terrible! They drop tools all over Asheville and wont take responsibility when damaged is done to peoples cars. I would not do business with this (Unsafe) poor quality business.

Haynes residential solar just completed their analysis of my recently installed system. The job was complicated because the installer went out of business. They spent a long time reviewing all of the technical documents and even called in another crew to go to the roof and lift a panel to make sure we all knew which Microinverter was really installed. Both gentlemen went to various websites and made phone calls to figure out what my system needed. They did not give up even when it seemed like might have reason to. Anyway, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. I recommend them whole heartedly.

They don’t return calls and when they did they didn’t even bother to show up on time! FOUR hours late and not even an apology. Then to top it off, they took my deposit and ran!
