Loved that the company sent a photo of service man before he came to my house. Alex immediately identified the problem and looked over the furnace to make sure everything else was functioning as it should. He also tightened water valve for humidifier and answered all my questions. Nice, professional young man. Price was fair and I will definitely use T-Mark again if necessary.

I've used T-Mark for a couple years now. It started with an hvac issue. I was very pleased with their service at the time. They were very professional, prompt, courteous, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. The next time I had an hvac issue, I called them again with the same results. When I had an issue with my hot water tank, I called them again since I had been so happy with their hvac services. Once again they didn't disappoint. This year, I had an issue with a leak from my shut-off valve for the outside spigot, so naturally, I called them again. This time I had to wait almost a week before they could come out, but that was fine. I was able to manage the leak while I waited. However, this is where my happiness ends. The guy who came was nice enough, but I feel very taken advantage of. It turned out to be a fairly minor problem. He took apart the shut-off valve, replaced a tiny rubber washer, cleaned, regreased, and put it back together. This took a total of 30min. I was charged almost $300 for this service. After speaking to my husband and several other people, the general consensus was that it seemed a bit expensive for the work that was done. I called the next day to get an explanation for why what he did cost so much. His response to me was "well, plumbing is expensive", "plumbers are hard to come by", "you are paying for my expertise, not just for the half-hour it took to do the job", "not only are you paying for my expertise, but for the education it took for me to get this expertise ". It's unfortunate that they chose to take advantage of me and my situation. I had spoken highly of them until this point and had recommended them to others. I was happy and would have continued to use them for any future issues, but now, I will never use them again.

Used T-Mark to replace my hot water tank, Ian did a great job! He was very attentive, he explained everything, and there was no mess when he left. I was also happy with the price, they quoted me a price that was substantially less than the company that came out to give me a quote before them....I will be using T-Mark for my future needs👍
