Jason S. was super friendly and professional! He was thorough and explained all the steps he was taking when trying to repair our (20 year old) tank. We ended up having to replace it anyway but T-Mark came out the same day to provide an estimate and set up an installation time within a day. Would 100% recommend!

Alex B. performed my AC tuneup and helped me level that AC unit.

T-Mark Plumbing Heating & Cooling is hands down the absolute best HVAC/Plumbing business we have ever worked with. As a family who has managed rental properties for over 20 years, we have never experienced better customer service, professionalism or quickness. We had 4 rental properties that all needed service this week. T-Mark not only answered the phone immediately every time but they got to our tenants that same day or the very next if it was late. They call to say when they are on their way and also text a picture of the technician with his/her name and background. Not only did they fix all problems the same day, they charged a very fair price. Can’t say enough!!!

I made an appt. for an AC tune up. I've been in my house for 6 years and gave never had it tuned up. It has been working fine but decided to get it checked.
T Mark does send messages the day before to verify the scheduled appt and if any change needs to be made. They do send a text when the associate is on their way and they include a picture of them so you know who to expect. David was out today to perform AC tune up. He was on time , professional and very thorough. He explained what work was performed and the overall health of the unit. He also told me the age of the unit, which turned out to be much older than what the prior owner of the house told me. It is working fine but it's not very efficient. He provided options regarding future repairs vs replacing. No other services needed other than the tune up so for now I'm letting it run.

Anthony was great! He understood what I needed and didn't try to upsell to a more expensive garbage disposal replacement. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Kevin and his crew were awesome! They definitely knew what they were doing! They were fast and efficient! Very considerate and left my basement without a mess! I would recommend them to everyone I know! Justin was also a great help I. Getting my quote and explaining the whole setup! These three things were completed in one day!!!

Alex did a thorough cleaning and test of my systems using tools that did not discharge any coolant. He gave me an assessment of the system’s stage of life compared to what he sees. He also spotted a water heater that may be nearing end of life before it malfunctioned, well in time to quote and budget for a replacement. Thank you!

Needed some electrical outlets replaced. I am very pleased with the job Dyllon did, He made sure we were satisfied with the work before he left. I will definitely call T Mark again.

Our boiler decided to cut out right before vacation but thankfully that didn’t impact us at all because of T-Mark.

You're Company is an absolute Rip - off! You are taking advantage of people's hard earned income! You're technician was 35 minutes late
You're company is unethical, I will spread the word to my family, friends & neighbors never to use you're company. A quote was provided for over $700 to install a bathroom fan, that takes 1 hour of labor! The fan costs $110 on Amazon, which I supplied. You're ripping people off!!!!! Hope you cam sleep at night!
