Wanted to have my instant water heater flushed out. Gave me a 4 hour window. When they showed up, technician found out that he didn't have the flush kit on his truck. He called another technician and switched jobs with him so they could take care of me. Scott arrived after the 4 hour window. He walked me through the process of flushing out the system, told me where to get the kit so i could do it myself, and put up with all my questions. And it cost less than one of those other brand name plumbers I had called 2 years ago. I was very happy with Scott and with the job he did, and the effort T-Mark put in to get a technician there to honor the appointment.

Actually arrived earlier than expected and cleared more than anticipated from our sewer pipes. Excellent work, will highly recommend.
