T-Mark Plumbing, Heating & Cooling - West Seneca

I had a sump pump put in from this company last year . Exceptional work, very professional and considerate of my home. I recently had them back to go over a few things for the basement. Again it was a great experience working with them. Highly recommend

Our technician, Alex, was thoroughly professional, very friendly and did a great job. He did our A/C annual maintenance efficiently and professionally. All in all, a superb job! We were very pleased.

Kevin was very professional and neat. We had to have 2 drain lines cleaned, and he was very knowledgeable and patient with the questions I had.
Also the service was very fast as I had placed a request through the BBB in the morning and by noon he was leaving.

Replacement frost free hose bib costs $32 at Home Depot. T-Mark quoted $450 for repair including minimal labor time which is grossly overpriced, and I'll repair it myself instead of hoping for a faster, fairly priced repair by T-Mark!
Update: My leaky hose bib was caused by a malfunctioning Vacuum Breaker Kit for Frost Free Valves which I replaced for $3.92 and makes the quote from T-Mark even more offensive.

Logan was amazing!! She was very knowledgeable and very good at what she does!! We are so grateful for her and her services!! This will be forever our place for all our business repairs and maintenance!! Our store is nice and warm now!!she even went out of her way for is it was amazing. Logan is the woman for us! We will always request her!!

The Team were incredibly responsive, having inspected my furnace within a few hours and installed a new one within the day. Kind, professional, and competitively priced. Would highly recommend.

David was awesome, showed up early got all his work done promptly, answered all the questions I had and gave me some tips on cleaning and winterizing...overall would definitely reccomend.

He was awesome, checked all my drains. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He did get a boo boo cutting a pipe and didn't even swear!!! I would have. Lol He fixed our drain and made it look shiny and new but most of all, no leaks!!!! Thank you Seth!!!

Exceptional service!! These guys came out early in a blizzard and kept my appointment. Not only did they show up and snake my drain pipe in my basement where I had water coming up, but they did it with a great, friendly attitude. It was during a blizzard the day before Christmas Eve. Complete white out conditions. My hats off to you, they had my Plumbing issue fixed within a half hour, I highly recommend this business to anyone!! Thank you T-Mark !!!

Ken was fantastic. Obviously our day was not going well. No one enjoys waking up to their (partially finished) basement flooding. We called right away and were told they'd have someone here between 10-2. Ken was here in the early half of that time frame and out by 1pm. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. And now the clean up begins.
