Yuri Napora is a true professional that puts his customers first, no sales pitch, just facts. He replaced our HVAC system with quality equipment at fair price. Upgraded our entire cold air return system...today is the first time in 20 years the upstairs is the same temp as the 1st floor!

I was very pleased with the overall service of Napora. The price was very reasonable and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing a new heating installation.

So happy to have this company recommended by a family member who had previously used them. When our furnace broke in the middle of the night, they were able to fit us into their schedule for the next day! We worked with Yuri and he was very straightforward and efficient. We had heat by the end of the day! Highly recommend.

I had used Yuri in the past for installation of a new hot water heater for our house and was pleased so called again several months ago to request a new thermostat installation. I had a couple other HVAC projects which we ended up not pursuing. No call back for weeks about the thermostat and when I finally called Yuri was apologetic and to his credit did come late at night to get the thermostat installed within a few days. Unfortunately, neither of us remembered the quoted price we had agreed upon and I unwisely accepted and paid the price he proposed on the spot. Later, I found that thermostat could be purchased for hundreds of dollars less. I contacted him to discuss this but he never returned my call.

Responded quickly. Was over to the house within an hour on a Sunday night (holiday weekend to boot) and returned Monday with a new mother board to fix our furnace.. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and will definitely call Napora Heating and Cooling (also plumbing) as needed in the future!

Plumbing Service. Okay. I'd love to give a 1 so no one else would use them!. LOL. But truth is, they were GREAT. Was willing to come at 9PM (but I was able to shut off the main and so was okay to wait). They came the next day as they said. In fact they came earlier. They covered the emergency at no extra rate. Their prices were as good (or better) than most, and Yuri offered some information on the dishwasher hookup which was helpful even as he wasn't there for that.

Even tho it was/is clear to the both of us I have 2 other issues but for which I jury-rigged a fix, he was not at all pushy about wanting me to get him to fix them. However I will be ringing him back to do this work, plus if/when I relocate the washer/dryer upstairs he will get that work too. Thank you Yuri..

Would highly recommend Yuri for any plumbing job you might have. He ran a gas line for a new gas range, installed the range. He updated some lines for our dishwasher, installed our new dishwasher and garbage disposal. Even ran the electric for the disposal. He is very skillful, gave a fair price, communicates well. Will definitely use him again if the need arises.

Our salons pipe busted and Yuri from Napora plumbing immediately came out and took care of the issue. We were all so frantic and he was so calm and professional and knew exactly what had to be done and took such good care of the pipe issue! He even noticed that we had a problem with the furnace and took care of that right away! We are so thankful for Naporas fast and easy plumbing needs, would recommend them to anyone for plumbing and heating and cooling needs! Thanks Yuri!!

We called with an plumbing emergency. The tech had me send a few pictures so he knew the situation and confirmed he would be able to help. He was on another job when I called, but arrived 45 minutes later. He explained what he was going to do, did it and then recapped what he did and what the issue was. He explained there was no preventive things we could do and that this was a fluke thing. He was in and out within 30 minutes and was very reasonably priced
