Simply Outstanding!! Leo J Roth Corp. Installed and serviced our heat and air conditioning units at Twelve Corners Day Care Center since 1989. Any time over the many years we ever had a problem they were at our door to fix the problem in a very short amount of time. The remarkable thing is you always got an honest answer that you can count on and a repair that they stand behind their work. This year we replaced our roof. I could not be happier with the the work that has been done. Before the root replacement process began we were having some leaking. They were there to fix the problem every time in an amazingly short period of time.
I am so very happy with every aspect of their work and the consistent honest answers you can count on every time. If you are looking for a simply outstanding company to work with, I give them my highest reccomendation!!!

Our heating and air conditioning project went smoothly and quickly. Your men arrived on the job soon after the go ahead and they worked well with the contractors as work proceeded on the electrical and sheet rocking that was being done while the heating system was being installed. They helped me out in removing the old central gas piping that had been original to the house. They were very competent and hard working men.

My A/C was leaking, so I called Leo Roth Residential in the morning. It was not an urgent call, as it was a lovely day. In any event, they were able to send someone out that afternoon. Dereck called prior to arriving to confirm my availability and arrived promptly at the time promised. Upon his arrival, he quickly began troubleshooting my A/C. Having an older unit, he initially thought it may need to be replaced. But he continued to troubleshoot. Fortunately, he figured out it was a clogged tube, cleared it out in a timely manner, charged me a fair price, and was on his merry way all within an hour. Thank you Leo J Roth for training your employees to get the job done well, quickly, and reasonably; and thank you, Dereck, for your expertise, efficiency, and overall great customer service!

Had a Thermostat replaced on a broken one they originally installed. Ten minute job to install a $50.00 part cost $400.00 ! Company didn't want to hear it.

They were kind enough to offer me a service contract for future overpriced service. No thanks......

One of your drivers in van 8 is a wreckless driver speeding and passed me almost crashing head on with a oncoming car then ran a red light what kind of careless dirt bag this company have working for them
