The technician was professional and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and was helpful recommending furnace filters and Aprilaire filters. A little pricey but I felt was well worth it. My furnace vents were filthy-I had no idea! YUCK! They are now very clean and totally clear. I highly recommend this company.
