Dakota is as professional as they come. Not to mention he made time in his busy schedule the day I called to come take a look at our furnace as I explained to him it wasn’t running and it’s winter time. Dakota did a FANTASTIC job installing our new furnace and a/c units! He couldn’t get to us during the week, so he did this all on Saturday and Sunday! Dakota is a very hard worker, reliable, professional, and honest! He loves what he does and takes great care of his customers! We will be calling Dakota for all our HVAC needs!

Kane Heating & Cooling is now my go-to for any HVAC needs. Our furnace failed on Christmas morning (2022) and Dakota Kane answered the phone at 9 AM. He was at our house shortly after (again, on Christmas). Unfortunately, the part that failed was not something that is kept on-hand, but Dakota was back with the new part the next day when he could get his hands on it and took care of the issue right away. Along the way he educated me on furnace and AC maintenance (just good to know things), he consistently texted to keep us along the way to keep us updated, and even offered to bring us his own space heaters while our furnace was out of service!

I highly recommend reaching out to Dakota Kane not only when something breaks down, but proactively for routine maintenance so hopefully you won't have to deal with a breakdown (I'll be reaching out to him for AC unit maintenance this spring).

Dakota was great. Right when he walked in the front door he shook my hand, introduced himself and handed me his business card. I was impressed already. I just needed maintenance done on my heating system but he went above and beyond also giving me pointers on how I can make sure my air purifier was doing what it needed to be and got my humidifier working that hadn't been working for two years going! All while teaching me about everything he was working on. If you go with a big service provider you're always going to get the sales pitch along with your service. Dakota earns your business but just being a great guy. Highly recommend him.

Got a call on Sunday morning from one of our tenants, the boiler was leaking water all over the floor. One call to Kane and they were on site in 20 minutes. Boil system was checked over and fixed that day! Great customer service, fair pricing, And Awesome work. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs HVAC work!

Found out recently that my furnace needed to be replaced. I received quotes from several companies but Kane Heating & Cooling was by far the most economical.
The installation was completed in one day. Every step of the installation was clean, courteous, and professional. After completion, Dakota took the time to walk me through what was done as well showing and describing how the unit functioned.

My furnace stopped working and Dakota was very quick to respond. He was personable, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He was very thorough and ended up doing a full maintenance check on the water heater and ac unit as well. Unlike others who try to sell you what you don’t need, he was genuinely concerned about the obvious condition of my units. I will refer him to anyone and honestly never look to anyone else for my HVAC needs.

Dakota Kane is an excellent trustworthy professional. He was able to do the new HVAC install after nursing our ancient heating along awhile. But when it died at the ending of winter he was able to install while we were away and was careful and clean. He rearranged his schedule and moved work to get the heating removed and the new heating in. We deferred the AC for a week until we returned and I watched him work. He explained everything perfectly so we are up to date and modern. You will be in good hands with Dakota.

Dakota was very professional and great to work with! I just purchased a new house build that did not include a AC unit. Dakota was able to provide options for AC units and explained everything in detail on my options and providing his professional opinion and experiences. He wasn’t pushy and I did not feel rushed with decision making. I purchases a brand new American Standard AC unit and had Dakota install. We also had Dakota come back this year after the install for the annual maintenance for both our Furnace and AC. Would highly recommend him and his services.
