Highly recommend! We lost heat due to a bad control board, and Dakota was able to save us. The same night it happened he was working up a plan, and by the next day we had heat. He's professional, but also personable. We'll be purchasing our future furnace from him for sure!

It was the coldest morning yet this year18 degrees, woke up and my furnace wasn’t running. Called Kane at 5:30 a.m and told me he’d make me his first priority since I was without heat, he showed up ASAP and diagnosed the issue. My blower had crapped the bed, He followed all safety precautions and we found a few cracks in my heat exchanger which causes bad gases to leak into the home. He told me it was unsafe for him to fix my existing furnace for my own safety, I was very appreciative. He found me a brand new furnace for a great price and installed it within a day, providing my home with heat during our brutal Rochester winters. I couldn’t thank Kane enough. Very good communication letting me know every detail of what’s going on. Felt very comfortable leaving them in my home alone. Thank you so much!!!

I woke 2:30am this past Thursday to no heat and the smell of burning plastic through my house. I called TWO other HVAC companies with 24hr emergency numbers, and received no response! I found Kane Heating and Cooling on Nextdoor as a recommended HVAC company, and Dakota actually answered when I called. He came, took apart the old furnace, gave me a couple options, and I ended up going with a new furnace install. Dakota was efficient, fair in pricing, and I had heat again by late afternoon. my lucky day. He knows the business forward and backward, but most
important, he is honest beyond belief. He could easily have soaked me
for parts that didn't need replacing. Instead, he explained the problem with my boiler, and that we would keep an eye on it. I will recommend him to my family and friends. He's a keeper in a business that is loaded with thieves. His number is 470-8581

I needed to update the heat in my home. He offered a duck less until for 3k. He wanted it all upfront. Wouldn’t offer financing. And told me if I didn’t have all the money go to the bank and get a loan. Very hard to work with. He only wants cash. Extremely high and sketchy. I will never do business with him again.
