We're very happy with our new ductless system. Many thanks to Jim and his staff for their superior installation and customer service.

They charged me 1k to relocate my unit. Told me it was OK to have my electrician wire it and power it up, after we did that my circuit boards blew. He pointed the finger at the Electrician, who actually does work for him all the time. After back and forth he charged the Electrician for the boards and wiped his hands clean.

I had Master Mechanical in Framingdale help me bring the unit back up. It had 0 refrigerant in it!!! These guys are BAD so please use at your own risk! MASTER MECHANICAL has excellent customer service! Call them if you need anything done, stay away from Air Design.

These guys are great. They know their stuff, they make a plan, a schedule and an estimate and stick to it. The have done both heating and A/C work for me.
