This is a true story. Been using Air Design since 1992, when original equipment was installed. Been using them for years for service. Warning: if you as a customer attempt to negotiate the price of a new install, they’ll fire you as a customer and suggest you go some place else. I’ve got that in writing after they never called back with an estimate. Loyalty works both ways, but not for Air Design. Nice job guys. What goes around comes around, and here’s your negative review. Sorry that you’re so spooked by a customer who asked for a better price. Sob sob. You handled it very maturely.

We are very happy with our new Carrier furnace installed by Air Design. The new unit is so quiet we don't know when it's on. The house is comfortable all day and all night. Jim at Air Design was careful to offer us many choices and explained each one to us, how they each preformed and what we could expect in fuel cost and comfort. Our second purchase (water heater) from Air Design, so we highly recommend them for your next heating system. or water heater.

They a decent install but without my guidance it would’ve been a disaster. My units been working fine for a while now so I wanted to setup a maintenance program but every time I try set up an appointment they never call back... the problem is that I know I gave them a very hard time because of the below par install
But if you complain they will cut you out and not bother with you...well thank god I got Pipe Doctor HVAC techs and they took good care of me. Thanks for nothing James Padavan and good luck to you!

We had an issue with our AC and even though we have had a relationship with another HVAC company for years, they could not make time for us for several days. I called Air Design and they were here the next day. They needed a part but managed to find it the same day! And they were very reasonably priced. They will be my go to HVAC company going forward.

I would absolutely recommend Air Design for anyone's air conditioning needs. Mr. James Padavan and Mr. Frank Padavan were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my questions and concerns. The installation of my central air conditioning system was extremely efficient and organized. The work was very neat and great care was given to making sure that everything was cleaned up properly. Dave diagnosis the issue with leak in pipe in ductless AC - he fixed the problem in a timely manner. He was professional and courteous.

These Thieves installed a split AC unit in my home almost 2 years ago that never worked. First they said it was a hole in the refriderant pipe so they "fixed it" and left. 3 days later the weather cooled down and it was over for the season and we shut the unit down. . Next May we try and turn the AC on and it just blew hot air. They come look at it and said they need to run a test and we would be without AC for at least a week or 2 . I asked the owner to please just come fill the system with freon and do his test in September once the heat breaks. He reluctantly agreed, they came back twice to refill the system, thank god it wasn't a real hot summer. . September comes and they didn't show up. My wife calls them to come do the test. They came and put their gauges on and left. 2 weeks later my wife calls and says when is the tech coming by to check if there's a leak in the condenser unit ? Of course they had no idea what she was talking about and she had to tell them what was going on again!!! They came and the guy told my wife there's a leak in the condenser. So he was gonna tell the owner and he would contact us to tell us the next step. That was in October. Fast forward to beginning of March. My wife calls and of course they didn't know us, again. After a few calls they told us they contacted carrier and they would let us know the outcome about the warranty .after another 3 weeks I had enough of my wife calling them and getting the run around. I sent them an email telling them if I don't hear back within 3 days we are going to court. So 3 days later I get an email from them saying they are ready to install the new unit and we set up a date. I get an email the day before the install and they tell me it's gonna rain so we can't come, meanwhile it never rained. We set up another day the 28 of April for the install at 3:30. I email them that day to say I'm leaving work early I'll be home by 3 pm. 3:45 I call their office and they have no ides what I'm talking about. They tell me they will have the guy I was dealing with call me. He calls me up saying his wife was sick and had surgery and someone from the office was suppose to have emailed me. . That was the last straw, I found another company to come take care of this AC problem. I'll see them in court!!!

I had a ductless A/C and heater installed in my basement. Air Design showed up on time completed the work in a professional manner and left my house spotless. A great job all around.
