Mike O. just serviced our a/c system problem in a quick, pleasant and efficient manner. He added a new trap to help with the condensate pump in the lower level. He is a knowledgeable and pleasant technician, but I have come to expect that from this company. They have maintained our HVAC system for years. Keep up the great work! And keep hiring great staff like Mike.

Stay away from them horrible service. Especially the woman who answer the phone. Ripped off an 85 year old woman with Alzheimer. Have been with them for years - they did work on my mom condo and we never received a bill. We called since system is not working they stated our bill is in collection, of course not aware, they will send a repair person over which they did placed a new part and with one hour the part didn't work. They said well pay your bill and we will fix it - over $1,500 unbelievable and the woman (sorry cant remember her name) stated your mom can sleep in another room until you pay your bill - our bill is PAID....Karma is a ???? STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!

My first time switching to Scaran. My service was completed by Brandon G. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most important thorough. He found 3 areas to improve my system and took care of them. Nothing was broken but he put the time in to bring it to an efficient level. I am Very pleased with being a new client for SCARAN.

Kyle G was very professional and knowledgeable. He troubleshooted and fixed the problem very quickly.

Had Scaran out to service AC unit included in service contract. They called day before to confirm and afternoon of with a 30 minute time window and arrived on time. Techs Steve K and Eric were courteous and professional.

Excellent experience, from my initial phone inquiry to the guys just finished new HVAC replacements. Quality merchandise, courteous professionals and clean. Would definitely recommend, thank you Robert and team Sacaran.

We had an appointment on 5/09/23 to have our Hvac system check out as part of our annual contract . Steve and Eric showed up to do the work . Both technicians were very respectful and knowledgeable in their work . They explained everything that they were doing to me and answered any concerns that I had . Keep up the great work !!!
