Everything runs smoothly and our automatic deliveries are timed perfectly. Donna keeps the lines of communication open, is pleasure to speak with and is on top of anything that may become an issue. Scaran's service technician, Vivian Craigwell, does a complete and professional job. He checks and services all components to make sure our oil boiler is running at top performance. He will answer any questions asked of him. I highly recommend his services.

From our initial quote with Anthony it has been nothing but a pleasant experience.

Dennis & Matt revamped my HVAC system this morning (my system was not installed by them, although I wish it had been). They are the neatest workers I've ever had in my house - protective tarps placed over my furniture and a foam layer to protect my floors.

Everyone we've dealt with has been professional, knowledgable, and delightful to work with. I cannot recommend them enough - don't question it - just use them!

Heard good reviews and some decent recommendations , but not a good experience today. Had an appointment today no one showed. Received a call back after I emailed Scaran. Fast response. Was told my home phone no answer, my cell phone was busy and they rang my bell no answer. I was outside my home sweeping leaves for 2 hours while waiting for the estimate. No one called my cell, my cameras did not pick up anyone ringing my bell, my home phone does not have any missed calls. It’s a mystery. Hmmmmm. Well, there goes a company I will not use ever again.

John B. And Steve T. came to preform maintenance on my heating system, they were great. They explained what they were doing, professional, on time and were courteous. I have been using Scaran for years and John and Tom are an asset to your company.

This review is long overdue. I have to say I couldn't be more happy with the work Scaran has done in my home....Special thanks to Anthony B... he was there from sales..to the install date..during install and final walkthrough... thru him I had a Weil Mclain gas boiler put in and they even removed the old one...and we also had a 5 unit Mitsubishi ductless system put in..after a full season cycle im happy to report everything is working perfect.... they are my goto when I need something done and I know Anthony is just a text away if I have any concerns.... thanks Scaran!!!

Adding 4/19... Brandon G, came out to do our yearly ductless maintenance.... as always he was awesome..we have elderly cats and rescues and he was kind and understanding and made a few new furry friends during his visit.... highly recommend Brandon for anyone that has pets...

John Beynon and Scaran awesome. I had him come out in January for maintenance and he was the best.
I had a problem recently where I needed a blower replaced and John was great. My kids love him, my dogs love him and we love him. Thank you so much !

The technician, Joe Schipani, has been servicing our heating system for several years and he has always been professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He does the job correctly, efficiently, and he is always neat. Finally, we are always able to get an appointment in a timely fashion.

Scaran Technicians JOHN BEYNON and STEVE TANG:

Been experiencing issues with my home heating system since the start of the winter season. My system, generally, has been very good to us over the years. This winter has been out of the norm. Had several calls for repair but the issues persisted. Today, Jan 8, 2021, the team of John Beynon and Steve Tang came in and thoroughly looked over the whole system - the switches, the burner, the chimney flue, the oil filter and the emergency switch. They found the issues, corrected them and replaced what needed to be replaced. By the time they finished, the heating system was working good as new and I had complete confidence that I will have heat as my home required. It is particularly important because we have 2 disabled adults living in my home. Thank you John Beynon and Steve Tang. Great job!

Had a pleasure of dealing Scaran today, unfortunately I can't recall the name I believe it's either Allen or Alex, very professional, spent longer than usual to make sure my unit was working properly after replacing the capacitor. My unit is very old almost 20 years and my furnace too, looking to getting it replaced, but for now we need it to run for one more summer and the technician did a nice job explaining everything. Will deal with them again.
