Fast, efficient, professional, and same day accommodating if necessary. The last thing you want is no heat in the dead of winter, and a broken AC in the scorching summer. I've been using them for 5 years now, and they always take good care of us. Highly recommend.

The star rating should be zero but Google does not permit this. We hired this company to provide an estimate for which they charged us $136.09. Bad enough to have to pay for an estimate but they never delivered one. We emailed and received no response. We called to follow up and the manager assured us that the estimate was on its way. Nothing ever arrived and it has been weeks since the inspection.
They wouldn't even consider a refund. This is really robbery and we should follow up with the better business bureau. Outrageous.

STAY AWAY from this company. They broke my AC, when I asked for repair they told me to purchase the part and they would reimburse me. Sent the receipt and they have claimed the check is in the mail for years now. Would just give up but they spam me with emails. And when I call they just put you on death hold forever and then don’t pick up. The absolute worst customer service of any business I have ever experienced.

Got a replacement PTAC unit. The ordering and installation went very seamless. The installers were on time and very polite. They even took their shoes off unasked before entering the apartment. I had multiple quotes, and they gave me the best price. Can recommend.

We’ve used them before and they were good at temporarily fixing our temperamental system. Then I told them we wanted to replace the entire unit, 6 weeks of calling and emailing daily, I finally saw a proposal. But it was for the wrong job. They said they’d fix it that day, but haven’t heard from them since. That was three weeks ago. I have never had to work so hard to give someone tens of thousands of dollars. They are ok if you can get them to call or write back, but if I have to wait two months for an HVAC company, there are much more skilled places to go.

This company already has 5 stars!! Gary came out and fixed everything. Very efficient. I will use again and recommend this company.

You see all the recent 1-star reviews? Here's what's happening: A scammer has hacked this company's email inbox, and is intercepting emails from clients. Then the scammer is sending fake payment info to clients. So, clients are paying their invoices to the wrong person: The money is being funneled to a fraudulent account. And since the company never receives the funds, they double-charge clients, making the clients pay a second time for money that the clients had already paid to the scammer. The scammer has all of the company's real credentials to make the correspondence look real, except that the payment information has been switched so that the money goes to the scammer's account. I've advised the company about this major security flaw, but so far they haven't acknowledged the problem. Instead, they are commenting on all of these 1-star reviews, accusing the reviews of being "fake." The reviews aren't fake: Real clients have just been dealing with a fake representative, whom the company knows about and is not stopping.
