After 5 weeks of waiting and numerous follow up emails and phone calls, I received the wrong fan coil. Even though Brothers Supply fills many orders for this high rise building, the sales person sent a fan coil not compatible with the piping connections. We asked for an exchange as is customary with mistakes like this one. He refused telling the building manager to install a valve to close off the extra pipe that would flood the apartment. After I contacted Nancy, the COO, she immediately exchanged the fan coil. It's a matter of talking to the right person.
