I had a problem on Friday July 19..Called AFGO at 3:30. Spoke to someone named Victoria who arranged for a Monday 8 AM appointment. Serviceman showed up timely, fixed my problem. Was very neat. Great job and I called to thank Victoria for terrific customer service. Pleasant, friendly and really cared. Pleasure to deal with. Waiting to get a contract to hire them on an annual basis. I recommend them highly.

Very fast turnaround on getting a tech to repair our office air conditioner even during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Worked with their rep Victoria who was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to emails.

At the close of 2017, the weather in NYC was extremely cold. I relied on this company to remediate several issues within our building. Excellent service and technicians were very professional.
