I wish I could give these guys a lower rating. First of all, they are extremely slow to respond to calls for service, despite having a service contract. More importantly, our unit has been down since yesterday (and we are a business that relies upon having ac), and when they did not arrive yesterday or contact us, we called in a different service. We made the very ugly discovery that no service had actually been performed on our unit ever, despite contracting with them in 2005. I have no idea what heir team did when they came to allegedly service our unit. There may be permanent damage to our new $50,000 unit as a result. They refused to come and look at the unit to see the damage. We will be seeking full reimbursement of everything we have paid them. Do NOT use these guys. I have attached a picture of the filter we found today in our unit - 3 weeks after it was "serviced" by Keystone.
