This company was suggested from a friend of mine and I would say that the service was impeccable. The staff is very professional and knowledge about all matters. Everyone is so handy and gave their assistance,on other matters as well. I was impressed on how caring they were on following up in the next couple of days. I would recommend them to everyone. Ernie and his team are smart problem solvers and get the job done right. They make an effort to make emergency calls ASAP and are good at keeping in touch about when they'll arrive. Reasonable prices too.

Terrible experience. Our general contractor used this guy to put in a brand new system and he cut giant holes in the back of our brand new air handlers voiding the warranty. The system he installed was wired completely incorrectly with the heat coil and cooling element coming on at the same time.. frequently causes drain pan to overflow and leak into our bedroom ceiling. Costs us thousands of dollars to repair. This was a brand new system installed by him including all duct work so there should be no excuse. Stay far away from this guy and beware phony reviews. Their card says they are licensed, bonded and insured. No license on file with Westchester County. Check the Westchester county home improvement contractors website.

On the hottest day last week I called them around 2:00 that our unit wasn't working. For the last 2 years we've had 3 different companies come "fix" it and it's still been problematic. They showed up an hour later and by 5:00 they had it working again. We still needed a part to complete the job and have it work at 100%. They spent the next 2 hours running to 3 different warehouses until they found it and even offered to come back the same night to finish the job. I said it wasn't necessary but the fact they offered was very generous. They were back first thing the next morning to complete the job. Their professionalism and generosity left me with a great feeling and I would confidently recommend them to anyone I know

I had an issue with my commercial HVAC system. I called them during the weekend and they were on site within 2hours. Very professional. They called back few days ago to follow up with me. Highly recommended.

Ok, this is a follow up to my review below, which I can no longer update since I no longer have access to that email address. Erni called me to resolve the situation (regarding the Nest installation that didn't work out). He rectified the matter, and I am all good now. As I said before, Erni seems like a good guy. Following up to make things right matters a lot these days. I'd recommend him and ASE HVAC.

When my kids called me that heat is broken, I started calling all local hvac companies. Hey, if you live in Staten Island and it us 7 pm, you have to deal with a cold house all day. That is what I learned from the companies in Staten Island. Then I found Ernie on Google. He came in 90 minutes, solve the problem and charged me $200. Barely more than service charge which you should pay anyway. I highly recommend him.

Erni and his crew are a great group of guys. Very reliable and knowledge. I was very hesitant to call since my last guy did me dirty but im glad i reached out to erni hes been a great help... would highly recomend them.

My store heater broken so a friend of mine told me about Erni. He came really quick and didn’t charge me for a diagnosis when other places they were asking a lot for just to do that. His company fixed the problem in 2 hours and it’s been more than a year now and when I was testing the acc for this coming summer it turned on right away
