Where do I begin. It was freezing in my apartment and I called many companies and ProMasters was able to come the same day. What a mistake! They told us the diagnostics would cost $150 to figure out what was wrong, which they demanded in cash. Then told us we needed an electrician to figure out the wiring which they had someone available the next day along with some parts. Crazy part they sent the same guy the next day who now is an “electrician”. They quoted the job to be $1,000 cash including all parts which we said no problem as long as the system will work after this payment. They demanded we give them $400 upfront and the balance at completion. The plumber now electrician started to do work and told my husband that we needed a part that was suppose to be included and the additional cost was $560. We told the tech that we would buy the part our selves which we found for $275 and he would install it. Then he went and messed around with all the wires and connections, the system is a 3 zone he connected all the zones to one zone and the system over heated and created an explosion of water and black sediment a huge mess. What was supposed to be into a $1500 repair now turned into a $12,500 new system because the mess that he created was not repairable. Stay away we are still arguing with them.

ProMasters HVAC Mechanical has been cleaning my air ducts for a few years now. They're always on time, and they do a great job. I've never had to worry about them damaging my house or my HVAC system, and they always leave everything clean and organized. I definitely recommend ProMasters!

Great company. They are very professional, thorough, and they really care about their customers. I have used them for the past few years to service my home and I will continue to use them in the future.

If I could leave no stars for this company I would. They sent a tech over to see the job and give me an estimate. He looked everything over, told me the gist of his plan and said he'd have an estimate to me in an hour or two. I was optimistic! I received an estimate about 4 hours later which was totally fine and again, I was optimistic. I scheduled the appointment for the following Friday. In speaking with my husband about the job he mentioned that we need assurances that ProMaster's idea was not going to result in a blown fuses/overloaded thermostat wiring. I called the tech to ask this question and apparently at this point he realized that his initial idea would blow a fuse so he needs to approach it with different materials which are more costly. Wait, what just happened? Am I to think he was going to install a set-up that was going to blow thru fuses until I asked about it or that it was some sort of bait and switch? I have no idea. All I know is that the day before they were scheduled to come their price increased 50%. I called to discuss this and just got a lot of, "can I get back to you within the hour"...and then hours later the call came with no solution other than pay the new cost or we won't do the job. I would not trust this company.
