I have used many HVAC companies over the years and Arista is by far the best. Their response time is exceptional. Their technicians are polite and professional and they fixed an issue that no other company was able to resolve. I highly recommend them.

Arista has helped immensely with repairs to my ice machines and fridges. Dom Iannotti was the best technician I could ask for, showing up early in the window and making quick work of my repairs. And when I asked him to look at my fridge the same day, he did it no hesitation. Thank you Dom and Arista for taking care of me!
Overall it was a disappointing experience. Charging service call by hour is one of kind, and I’m not sure what kind of transportation would cost almost $200 to travel from LIC to midtown Manhattan. The technician came up with a detailed diagnosis with pictures but I’m not sure whether that justifies a cost of couple hundred bucks.
We have been with ARISTA for years and appreciate their great customer service and professional team of technicians. We were due for a routine maintenance appointment and we requested Max. We met Max during an earlier appointment. From now on, we are requesting only Max. He is extremely efficient. Max completely examines the unit. Max found an issue this past time but fixed it right away. He did not rush. Max had to move some items around to work but he put everything back. Our A/C is working nicely and will only ask for Max from now on. On top of everything he is really nice and friendly. Thank you ARISTA!———-Spence Rosenberg
These guys are awesome and know their stuff! They did a rennovation for us (we were serviced by a different compan prior) on time and on budget. It's working perfectly and has been now for weeks. These guys are legends and we look forward to our professional relationship moving forward with them!

Needless to say I was shocked and beyond grateful that they said they could respond within hours. The technician just left and I am once again warm and comfortable. He has great knowledge of the equipment and the patient to explain the issue. Im glad I reached out to Arista and he was the tech that arrived. He helped me out and I'm greatfull it was him today. Hopefully he can recognized by his company as one of the great tech out there.
