Nick was very nice. Arrived on time. Completed the job promptly and showed me what he did and that it’ll the heat now worked. I am grateful for his professionalism.

The guys from TF O'Brien are polite, courteous, and professional. Upon removal/installation, the entire work area, down the stairs, to the door was always covered with blankets. The place was cleaner when they left. Its like have a maid (only more expensive.) They send you a picture of the technician so you know how to expect. And they arrive is their own vehicles, so you KNOW who you are dealing with.

Ryan, was very detailed and spent a lot of time servicing both the ductless and the CAC units. He was very professional and explained everything in lay man terms. He is an asset to the company.

I had the Daikin ductless mini split system installed which includes heat & AC in my master bedroom and living room. The technicians were great and cleaned up everything. They explained how to use the system and included a licensed electrician in the mix for one stop shopping. The did a great job.

We had a leak in our AC unit. Every other company I called was making appointments 1-2weeks out. They came the same day. Ronald was great, he identified the problem and fixed it.

Reached out to T.F. O'Brien to take over maintenance of my Fujitsu split unit system since they are local in New Hyde Park with a solid reputation. Experience was a thumbs up from initial contact calling the office (spoke with Caitlain) to execution of the inspection/service appointment. Joshua the technician they sent was professional, knowledgeable and it was obvious he was well trained on the system. Glad I went with T.F. O'Brien.

David Barriga was very professional. I would be happy to have him service our ductless next year.

I want to give a big thank you to TF O’Brien on installing my Mitsubishi Ductless, mini split (recessed ceiling cassettes). I have talked to many other service providers and they will tell things that cannot be done or false information. However, dealing with TF O’Brien, this company and the team that I dealt with knew their stuff, explained things to me unlike other service providers. Justin R., who I dealt with from the beginning to the end was always very responsive and attend to all my concerns and I want to thank him as well. The team and crew (installers) who was lead by John F. Was great to talk to and explained everything (the technical stuff on the unit) to me from beginning to end of the installation, John made sure everything was on track things and things were done properly and never skipped any kind of steps.
As I have done extensive research with companies and brand of the ductless, I made sure I went with a company that knew they stuff and is very professional about everything. They are worth every penny and I definitely did not want to cheap out or go to a company that did not have much knowledge in this area.

My technician was Eli Carter. He was unbelievably knowledgeable and professional. He spent a lot of time at my home and ensured my HVAC was work g properly before he left. He explained everything in detail as he was going and before doing any work. I could not have asked for anyone better than Eli.
