Excellent company to work with. On time, professional, courteous and estimate was smack on. Work done with no mess left behind. Installers very polite. Installers did work keeping me informed of progress.

Installed Water heater, Central Heat and Air. Yes everything that was working but 27 years old.

More companies should learn from this one on how to do business and treat the customer.

Great company to work with! I recently used them for a furnace and hot water heater replacement. Very responsive to my emergency needs. They were able to turn both replacements around within one day....which we were very happy with. I would use them again without question.

I am so impressed by this company! My furnace wasn’t working and I called and told them about my concern because I have a two week old baby and our house was freezing. The lady on the phone was lovely, and though they had many emergencies on their schedule, she sent someone out right away. Jeff was courteous and nice... even covered his shoes! He was very professional and fixed the issue in no time; he was also kind enough to answer my questions and change our filter! Super impressed and grateful for fast, reliable service.

Called to get estimate for central air, i was told ductwork would not handle it. I said ok scrap ac but lets get the ductwork fixed. Was told by owner they would come back to go over what needs to be done. Never heard back from them at all. I called twice since then and left messages with no response.

My hot water tank sprung a leak over the weekend. I knew of Doug Mapstone and called them first. They got back to me right away and had a new water heater installed asap for a fair price based on some comparisons. I had called another big, well known company as well... ironically they returned my call about an hour after Doug Mapstone had left, water heater done already! Highly recommend.

Don't recommend. Owner is rude and will attack your character. Just used DBR Plumbing and what a different experience as opposed to Mapstone

We would unconditionally recommend Doug Mapstone, Inc. for their excellent and prompt service. During the recent sub-zero temperatures, our furnace malfunctioned after 11:00pm and the temperature in our home fell to under 50 degrees. We called Mapstones and spoke with Debbie Mapstone who, within hours, had our furnace up and running. Mapstones is not only excellent in their servicing ability but have concern and compassion in an emergency situation. . . quite a wonderful and unique combination.
