Our furnace was on the blink and Spencer Heating came out the same day and did an excellent repair. The receptionist was great. It is nice to reach someone on the phone rather than a long list of voice prompts. Very professional and knowledgable repairman. - all fixed the same day. Would definitely use again!

I have been dealing with Spencer Heating and Air Conditioning (formerly Mel Shapes ) for over twenty years. They had fixed my oldest furnace when I moved into my house . Since then they have installed two new furnaces since I have lived in my house over 25 years. Today my daughters furnace stopped working and they came on a emergency call to get her furnace fixed on a Sunday. As usual they did a great job and did not overcharge as some other companies do. Spencer heating did a fantastic job installing a new furnace, AC, and hot water heater. Spencer heating went above and beyond to make sure that my HVAC was perfect. The furnace had a manufacturing defect, due in no part to spencer heating, and Brian Spencer walked me through the issue, spent hours on the phone with the furnace technical support, and made sure that I had a new furnace that had no issues. I feel many places may not have had the expertise to diagnose the issue or would have left the furnace calling it good enough. After all of my searching with reviews and referrals I am glad that I went with spencer heating because I can trust that it is quality work that I know will be done right. Spencer heating did not cut any corners, they worked with me on my many requests to have a set up that will last a long time.
