Amazing! Our ac broke just now on a Saturday night and we were in despair, especially because we have 2 small kids and it’s hot and humid out tonight. Robert came within the hour and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Oh and did I mention it’s memorial weekend too? A-All pluming goes the extra mile for his clients and he saved us and my family. Forever grateful and will DEFINITELY use again in the future.

His guys showed up on time and were very professional (even though I called last minute). The job was done well and his price was very reasonable. Will definately be using them again for my ac and heat

AAll plumbing completely redid our house after Hurricane Sandy. Converted to gas too. We were very happy with Robert and his team. Now whenever we need him he is always avail to help himself or send one of his guys.

They called me back immediately and got to my home as soon as they could to fix my cac. I had to call them the following day again and they came back free of charge and fixed the problem. They were professional and very polite. I will definitely use them again if I have a problem in the future.

Last month I lost my heat when it was 26 degrees out. I was out of town and I called Robert and told him where my spare key was. He came over at 11 pm at night, figured out what I needed, found the parts for my Navien heater the next morning, and by 9:30am, I had heat and hot water!

Then just today, I was changing the filter on my main water system (Long Beach water is not nice, especially for a navien heating system!), and I could not get it to stop leaking when I turned the water back on. I called him and he walked me through it (including putting a little Vaseline on the O ring and the threads to the canister, and it worked!) He called me back to check on me: great customer service! Very trust worthy (telling him where my key was when I was out of town!), friendly, reasonable rates and ALWAYS answers the phone! Thanks A-All Plumbing!

It was a perfect storm, he came to my house on a hot summer day, I was at work, my wife and kids all home. We basically handed him $900. for nothing.

We were hoping to get thru this summer.

Robert fast talked us and said he could shoot some freon into the system and it may work.

"May" was the key word, then he mentioned if not he'd apply a $900. credit to an entire new central air system to our house.

The house never got any cooler at any point, we waited a week and a half crossing our fingers, and nothing.

We called another HVAC guy, he came filled it up with freon and the air conditioner worked right away.
This was about 2 months ago and the air conditioner is working fine. The man who fixed it charged us $500. and will have our business forever.

Robert was shifty, like i said, it was a perfect storm and I can only assume from my experience he couldn't help but take advantage of the situation.

If you use him beware, could be good guy personally and knowledgeable. Although in our dealings with him, I believe he either doesn't know how to repair air conditioners or decided to rip us off.
Would not use him.

A All is awesome. My a/c broke with an infant in the house on a sweltering night. When I told him what was going on he came at a moment's notice and didn't charge me some crazy amount. I later found out he was on his way home from a family event. His wife and child were in his car waiting for him while he fixed my a/c system. You won't find a more awesome company. Thanks Rob!

Dealt with Robert the owner directly. Repaired an old & complicated boiler system with a simple and effective solution. My heating bill has dropped 40% since they installed a newer unit with no problems.

Positives: quick service, friendly staff, fast repair, honest.

Only thing I question slightly is the high amount I paid. But, they got the job done... can’t complain to much. Def will call them again if needed.
