Rob was excellent he called me at 1 PM on a Friday and he had his men at my house in the middle of the heatwave by 12 PM Saturday.Very professional,clean and saved me about half of what I was being quoted from other people. This is the person to use don’t even think about anyone else.

I must say, job well done, one phone call and my problem was resolved, thank you for installing my new boiler, it works perfectly, I recommend this company, very professional and on time and not to pricey. Big shout out to A-All Plumbing, from Baldwin Harbor resident.

I highly recommend "A All Plumbing" in Lynbrook I called on a holiday weekend when my AC stopped working. They responded immediately and Robert the technician could not have been more professional and concerned with my issue. He first walked me through a few things to check out over the phone, but when that did not work responded with an immediate repair. Outstanding customer service and technical expertise. Great experience with this company and plan to use them again for any issues I have in the future.

A+ service from A-All plumbing and heating!! I called at 7:00pm because my boiler was not firing and the house was getting cold. I gave my name, number and reason for calling and within 5 minutes Rob, the owner called me and was able to walk me through the process of troubleshooting the problem. Granted, I myself am a plumber but with little experience in boilers and controls I’m happy that there are good honest people like Rob who genuinely care about customer service and got me up and running again. As a professional plumber in large commercial construction in NYC, I truly endorse this company for their services in plumbing, heating and A/C service. These guys also did an A/C service for me in the summer and the technicians who came out were just as helpful and reasonable as what I experienced today with Rob.

When they say they're open 24/7, they really mean it! Rob always answers the phone--even when I called him once on a Friday on 9pm with a problem and another time on Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Rob is professional, patient, honest, and exceptionally responsive. Carlos has no problem dealing with tough access areas, and I really appreciate that he answers all my questions and does not rush through his explanations. It was definitely worth getting several estimates to replace my leaking central AC system. Rob the owner of A All is a hands on guy. He responded immediately and pulled up in his work van on a Thursday evening before a hot and humid weekend. Rather than leaving me sweltering he filled my system with coolant to get me through without charging me. Well that sold me!
He patiently discussed options and gave me a reasonable quote. I felt assured he knows his stuff and has seen it all. He called the next morning to confirm he had the system and would be installing that Monday. His guys knew what they were doing and he checked in the day after to make sure i was pleased.
