So where do I begin with them. For starters I don’t even really leave google reviews when I have things done around the house but with these guys it’s warranted... Being that it’s winter time in New York, I’ve had a bunch of other companies here throughout the years for heating and boiler related stuff, but they are without a doubt the best I’ve ever dealt with.. Ryan just came by and fixed a problem we had, on the coldest day of the year so far, and on a Saturday no less and made sure we had heat and hot water. He’s knowledgeable, explains what he’s doing if you care to know, and they don’t price gauge, you really get the community, every customer matters vibe from them.. For the past few years now, and going forward this is the only company I would even think of calling if I had any problems with my heating system...

I highly recommend Richard's. I've used them in the past for boiler repairs, and last summer they installed a much-needed mini split system. They were prompt, professional and very respectful of my home - spreading drop cloths and cleaning up where they worked.

My heat suddenly stopped on the coldest night so far. I spoke with Ryan on the phone he walked me through things to check. While on the phone with him, guiding me the heat turned on !! You cannot find this level service and professionalism nowadays. These guys are the best around we will only use richards for now on. On our previous house we called probably 10 different places on a very very cold night. We finally came across richards and they came in 10 minutes. look no further these guys will fix it.Thankyou Ryan.

I have been using Richard's Heating & Cooling for years, both for my a/c and oil burner. They always arrive on time and solve my problems quickly. This year they installed a split a/c unit that is very efficient. I highly recommend Richard and all of his team. Thanks for the wonderful service.

I called office today at 9am. They advised tech would be here between 12 and 4pm. Tech (Tim) called me at 12.20 advising on his way. He was very professional and fixed our A/C within 30 minutes. Thankfully it was an easy fix and we were charged for a service call only. When does that happen? Such a horrible hot day but he was pleasant and professional. I will use Richards Heating for any future issues and would recommend them to anyone who asks me. Thank you!!!

I had Richard's Heating and Cooling do work on my home twice in the last year. We underwent a complete renovation of an older home that was uninhabitable when purchased. They provided an inspection of the original heating and air conditioning units(2) and recommended only replacing one unit(every other estimate I received wanted me to change both units) They replaced the one heat and a/c unit and saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary costs. Richard's provided the highest level of professional &service out of any trades people that we employed during our extensive home renovation. I will recommend them to everyone that wants stress free professional, trustworthy, honest service. I will use them for all of my heating and air conditioning needs.

Love these guys!! Very professional, very clean and very honest! The have been servicing my heating and a/c for years! I had to replace my 28 year old a/c and they install a top of the line system at a fair and honest price! House is an icebox all summer long!! They just did my winter service on my oil burner and it is working great!!! Thanks again guys!!!

Ryan was the best! Very professional and fast! He helped us figure out incorrect heating wiring and changed a part leaking from our boiler. We definitely recommend Richard's for your heating and AC needs (ask for Ryan)!
