My wife and I were having issues with our on demand hot water tank. We called them and they sent out a gentleman by the name of Gary. I must say he was extremely professional and not only that he got the job done. Will definitely be calling again.

Let me start by saying the staff from customer service ladies to the 5 different plumber gents in and out of my home were very nice, respectful of my home, and courteous about knocking and asking permission to use things and go places in my home.
My hot water tank was leaking and creating toxic levels of carbon emissions then blew up. Within minutes national fuel turned my gas off and within an hour TJs was at my house to give an estimate and set an appointment. They cost more than my other estimate, but were able to put my hot water tank in 2 days earlier than the others.
They showed up for my install later than they said they would which happens sometimes. It took 4 hours to put it in, but my water pressure issue wasn't resolved (due to my older pipes) so they had to come back the next day.
They said when I signed my contract and paid my deposit the day before the tank and all of the service was included in the price which confused and upset me when I had a service fee after. I voiced my concern about the extra charge and Dewey contacted me. He explained the situation to me (my older pipes causing a clog) and resolved it so I'm very happy and will use them again, especially because all of the employees were great. My hot water tank and water pressure are awesome now! Thank you!

From my initial call to TJ's, to the installation and clean up, Amanda, Dewey, Rickie and Craig were responsive, professional and genuinely nice people to meet. My situation was not an emergency, but TJ's got 'er done in less than 2 business days anyway. I'm not handy, so it is reassuring to be able to rely on people who know what they're doing, and even seem to enjoy what they are doing. Thanks for good work!

TJ’s Plumbing and Heating technicians, Mitch and Bryant, installed a whole house humidifier in our home. They were very professional, personable and addressed any concerns we had. The system is working great. Very happy!

Showed up on time, very professional and wouldn't leave until all 4 zones were heating, put in new tank, explained as things were being done and installed and fixed another thermostat. I highly recommend TJs and have used them before. Gary was concerned enough to check all 20 some rooms I have, as I have hot water baseboard heat. Can't say enough about them.

This review is a long time coming; we've used TJ's for a tedious sewer drain clean out, where we both learned things about my house. After the two snakes didn't get the clog fixed we had to use the jet. TJ's plumbers didn't immediately want to jump to the most expensive tool and I respect that. They also didn't charge us for the second snaking as it didn't work. The most recent camera inspection and snaking kept us ahead of the issue.

In this time we've dealt with six of their plumbers and each one was polite and professional. Because of that, we will look to TJ's first for future plumbing needs.

The techs were very professional... They were hard working... Let me know everything that they were doing.... All at a fair price... What more could you want from a company... Want a great plumber call TJ...

Overflow replaced on tub that was leaking. Had several quotes. They had the best price.

Update: We had more work done and if you ever have an issue with anything make sure you actually call them and talk to them. They have really been great to us. The boss in Jamestown is absolutely wonderful. Thank you again.

The pipes under my sink leaked so they replaced them, they still leaked do they replaced them again and again and they continued leaking. I finally called Gugino and got them fixed.
