Customer service is top notch! I had an air conditioner installed and if there was ever a concern or adjustment needed they were there. Bob Blake is very professional, as well as the installers. You won't be disappointed, you can trust their work.

Called Kings Heating because our brand new $5250 boiler wouldn't put out heat. The unit had been installed during the summer by another contractor (Dan from D&M Heating) whose name was plastered on the walls of the utility room (had just bought the house and did not know who else to call). First called the install contractor who spent over 2 hours and couldn't fix problem. He was going to come back the next day, never did. After waiting 2 weeks and several calls and cold weather quickly approaching, i figured it was time to call someone else. Steve from Kings Heating responded promptly and within minutes found problem (installer did not correctly wire the boiler). Steve also had to bleed the zones which should have been done at install. Steve was a true professional and had heat up and running within an hour. Thank you Kings!!! Highly recommend!!
