My heat stopped working and my house was 47 degrees when I woke up. Jet air was able to come out on a Sunday of a holiday weekend and fix my heat quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will be using this company for all my HVAC needs and recommending them to all my family and friends

Jet Air Co is a wonderful family owned business. They installed our central air and were efficient, on time and thorough. Any time we’ve had a question, the owner, Jon, responds promptly. It is a pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had John and his workers installed a brand new HVAC system in my home. Absolute awful job. Paying thousands to have it fixed by a PROFESSIONAL company. Air handler not installed correctly. Installation on the pipes need to be replaced, done incorrectly. System has failed handful of times in the first year. Sloppy cut outs in wood floor for vents. COMPLETE DISASTER. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would!! I had a problem with my AC unit. Called their service number within minutes I received a call back from Lauren. She was soo kind and professional. John was at my house shortly after our call to fix my unit. This co. Has a forever customer. If you are in need of an AC co. Look no further they are the best out there. I have used Jet air a few times and highly recommended them. They are very professional and always on time. They say 8:00 am they’re here at 7:55. Easy to do business with and are seriously not price gaugers. They don’t play games they tell you what needs to be fixed or what needs a reset. If you want to deal with an honest company Jet Air is for you!!

The condensor of my mini split AC unit went bad and was out of warranty...of course this happens when i was 7 months pregnant in the midst of summer. The guys and christine found me a new unit (even though carrier said they were all back-ordered until the end of time). Installed it right when it came in, moved one of my indoor units also for me and everything is working great now. Jet Air has always been just a phone call away since i found them a year or two ago and they always work with you to get you on schedule if you have an emergency.

I know nothing about ac and heating and John was willing to come and teach me so much. I spoke to a few different companies and his answers made most sense. Honest and trustworthy feeling from the beginning. The guys that did the install were professional and caring about the job and not just trying to get it done with. Truly enjoyed working with this company. The ac works great. Such a caring company. Won’t leave you hanging.
