Have used Neil Richardson several times. Returns phone calls in timely manner. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Neil said he was familiar with and able to service my Riello burner so I scheduled him to service my boiler for 8 am. At 8:10 am I got a call from Neil saying that he had issues, and needed to reschedule for whatever time I could support him coming that same afternoon. We agreed on 3 pm, yet his technician arrived at 3:40 pm.

When he arrived i asked his technician if he was familiar with and able to service a Riello burner, and his technician said that he was not. I told the technician that I needed someone familiar with the Riello and said that since he was not, he would not be able to service my boiler. A few minutes later, the technician knocked on my door and said that Neil asked to speak to me by phone. Neil was argumentative, he interrupted me frequently, and he said that I should not have asked his technician if he was familiar with the Riello burner since Neil was only a phone call away. Without listening to what I had to say to try to resolve the situation, Neil complained, dismissed me, and told his technician to return to the shop.

Later that day I found an Invoice from Quality Heating and Cooling in my mailbox, not in an envelope, and with no postage paid for the invoice. This invoice billed me for the service that was not performed, and threatened me with a 10% late fee for every 30 days that this invoice remained unpaid.

I do not recommend Quality Heating and Air Conditioning for anyone who uses a Riello burner, and I find Neil to be very unprofessional.

Neil is a perfectionist.his work is above average.fair price.

Neil was very easy going and knew his stuff! Would recommend him to anyone.
