On the coldest and nastiest day of the year our heat went out (warranty issue). I called Matt, the owner, and within 20 minutes he arrived to assess the situation. Unfortunately it was late and the part that was needed was not available till the morning. Matt went above and beyond by supplying us with portable heaters to get through the night. He even went out and bought another one just to make sure we stayed as comfortable as possible. Early the next morning, with wind chills of -30, Matt showed up as promised and installed the new part. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate his quick response and diligence to ensure that the problem was resolved. I highly recommend MD Capes to anyone with heating and A/C needs.
