Update: I hired a different company to assess the trouble with my furnace and the diagnosis Ron's tech gave was entirely wrong, so I would have been paying even more money and still had no working furnace. Home owners beware! Unprofessional and amateur "business". As a previous customer stated, if you have any unsavory comments this company will immediately turn it around and blame the customer. At least they live up to that expectation. And claiming they accommodated my schedule when "I made my own appointments" and I was the one who said I couldn't be there until after 1, they seem to forget the woman told me explicitly the appointment COULDN'T be after 1, so I had to accommodate them. But sure, blame anyone but your staff.
I had two appointments, the tech was very late both times. And after two visits from this company, both of which we had to take time off work for because their hours are not accommodating to the working individual, and $420 later, my heat still does not work. And the tech had the audacity to say WE should have called to tell THEM that a specific part was broken.
A LOT of wasted time and money.

Office staff was very nice and helpful. The technician quickly came out and did maintenance on two furnaces that they installed in our home and in our Mother's home many years ago. One furnace has ran perfectly for ten years, the other about five years so far. They are our go to company. Their prices are competitive and give good value even with the current Covid issues and the inflation issues. Thank you Ron's Heating & Air.

I received a quote from perfect home AC and heating repair and they said I needed a new AC unit and it would cost $6000. I called Ron and he said that all it needed was a part for $55 and he fixed it on the spot. Very honest and good business.

When my A/C broke down they were able to tell me what was wrong and fix it in less than an hour. As a female they didn’t mess around and try and sell me on replacing the entire thing like another company tried to do. I will definitely be using them again. HIGHLY recommend.

We had the capacitor in our AC unit fail last night, at the start of a long holiday weekend. Called every HVAC place in our area and only Ron's Heating & AC would sell me just the part. Their price was 1/4 the price another company told me for the same part. Ron's talked with me about what my unit was doing to confirm my diagnosis. Friendly staff, and helpful attitudes. So glad to see a company like this. We will call upon them again for any needs we have!

As you will notice on any of the negative reviews the customer is always to blame. The office person is never wrong. I doubt if Ron Sr is aware of this attitude and I know he would disapprove. Make sure to ask what their markup is on parts before they install anything for you, from my experience with them it has been 100% and up. You can easily check for part prices on Amazon to compare.

I called with a no heat service request late afternoon/early evening and left a message. Got a quick call back and service guy showed up within the hour and got my furnace running quickly. Great service and fair price. I'd recommend.

pretty disappointed 😔 called to have our air conditioning fixed and was told it'd be $100 for them to come check it out. okay, that was fine. however, we were then charged an extra $80 (i wish they would have told us the price before doing the work so we could say yes or no) to top off the freon and tell us what we should try to fix it. we did everything they suggested and the a/c still isn't fixed. so we spent $180 in total to still have a/c that's not working properly. however, im not going to call them for fear it'll be an additional $180+.
Edit in response: we did everything that we were told to do, and surprise, that did not help our situation at all. also, we called for help on the a/c during business hours, so the fact that they came out after business hours wasn't something that was discussed with us so im not sure why the extra charges are even being brought up.. we agreed to the $100 for them to come out. however, for someone to do work before asking if the pricing is okay is bad business. what if the work had been an extra $200? $300? and why would i call a business back to fix what they obviously couldn't fix in the first place? why would i call a business back who doesn't seem to know what they're doing?
