I called last minute on a Friday, during a heat wave,and they did their absolute best to help me out, and they did. They explained what they were doing each step of the way and were very efficient with their time! Good job, fair pricing, and great customer service! Highly recommend them!

Two words to describe Don STRAIGHT SHOOTER!!! I needed repair on my steam boiler; the prognosis was not good with my untrained eye--rusted out pipe coming from boiler(see pics) I called Don and got call back same day. He came out following day to assess the situation. He sat down my wife and I, describing the situation and advised a new boiler my be needed because rust maybe too widespread and he wouldn't be able to remove without it breaking off, but he will do his best to replace the pipe. He worked his magic and the repair was made. I could have been looking at a whole new heating system and thousands of dollars later, but he did the repair for a fraction of the cost. He could have sold us on a costly new heating upgrade, but this was not the case.

Several years ago I needed a heating and AC service to come and inspect my system as I was selling my home and needed a professional inspection. My soon to be husband recommended Don Weimer based on his extensive history of service provided by Don. Don came and did the inspection despite the crawl space location of my system. I was so impressed with his kindness and courtesy that when my duplex required replacement of its heating systems, I called Don first to come and give me an estimate on the replacement. I also requested the addition of air conditioning to both systems. I was so impressed with Don's professionalism and honest assessment of my current systems and recommendations for the replacement and addition of A/C, and his pricing proposal that I did not even seek out a second estimate. I have dealt with Don Weimer Heating and Air Conditioning for the past 30+ years. I have always found him to be fair and honest in his treatment of his customers. I recently found myself in need of his service regarding the failure of my furnace and air conditioning system. He provided me with a honest assessment of my current system and what would be required for repair. He also provided me a quote on a new system that would more closely meet the capacity required for my home. I found him to be a no pressure and honest individual who provides high quality service at a reasonable price. I would recommend Don to anyone. Based on the age of my old system and the repairs that would have been required, I went with the install of a new furnace. He pre tested the furnace prior to install. The Install was completed in one day with total clean up. He followed up after the install to be sure there were no issues, of which there were none. Highly recommend. Steve (Don Weimer's son) showed up to check an underperforming AC unit. He quickly diagnosed the problems and offered solutions and costs upfront. We ended up deciding to replace our AC unit (was 28 years old). Steve walked us through the best value for our situation. Steve was professional, responsive and kept us informed throughout the process. From our initial service call to having a new unit installed was only a few days. Great to see a second generation business and Steve serving the business and his customers so well. I had no referral or connection to this company previously, but was very pleased. We will use Weimer's for all our HVAC needs in the future!

Don has repaired both my furnaces and air conditioners and replaced one furnace when it became uneconomical to repair. He is knowledgeable, and service oriented. He provided tips on optimizing our operation of the systems for both efficiency and to minimize maintenance. I will continue to use him and I recommend him.

I needed a new furnace asap as it completely died it was a long time coming though so it was not a shock. It happened on a very cold day/week so I called a couple of the big names around earliest they could see it was in a day or two, that's just for inspection who knows when an install would be. I called Don who came by in a few hours no charge for inspection and scheduled an install two days later. In surprise I received a call the next day that they were on their way to do the job. They did a great job, very fast and professional. At the end Don checked all the ducting in the basement and made some adjustments for better air flow. I highly recommend Don Weimer, you always hear fast, cheap, and easy pick two but that's not the case here! This literally was the easiest to setup, have installed, faster then anyone else I called, and was significantly cheaper then quotes from other HVAC companies.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work that Don has performed at our residence. I called Don looking to solve several problems and ended up with a completely new system that was the most cost-effective and energy efficient solution for our home. I had all ductwork replaced in our house, a new high efficiency furnace, and a central air conditioning unit installed. Don met with me several times to review pricing, details, and specifics before I made my decision. The project was done in 4 days (my wife was extremely happy with that) and was extremely professional. Our basement was cleaner when he left than when he arrived!
