Person who takes their calls is extremely rude and condescending. Had a CO concern due to two alarms going off in separate rooms, needed someone as soon as able to check on furnace etc. Called first thing in morning but no answer, did not leave voicemail. They called back 10mins later and before asking what I called about proceeded to give a lecture on how I was rude for not leaving a voicemail. Explained my situation and was chastised again for not immediately explaining fire dept came out as well. Never have done business with them and never will.
There are good people, great people, fantastic people, out-of-this world people...and then there is Don Weimer and his crew!!! Did an outstanding job, came out the same day to check out are problem, fixed it promptly, and called the next day to make sure everything was ok. Five stars isn't enough!!!!
I was trying to figure out if I had the correct number of wires to install a new wifi thermostat. I have a forced hot air system only with no A/C. My current thermostat wiring did not have or show the required C wire as stated in the video, however I had a blue wire attached to the Y terminal in the current thermostat but not connected At All in my furnace. After talking to Don he advised me that since I did not have Air conditioning I could attach the Blue wire in my furnace to the C terminal and to the new thermostats C connection. I spent hours researching this and Don explained in in 2 minutes. While he didn't make any money on me I will difinately call Don when I need furnace work.
I've had this company install several heating and A/C units in multyple homes over 30+ years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Don knows HVAC systems inside and out, and provided me with quick service when my unit was down.
I've got a guy for that! I've trusted Don with my family's comfort and safety for twenty plus years now. I wish I could give more than five stars...THANKS DON
