Our heat stopped working during the storm called and got same day service today and it was amazing!!

Outstanding professionalism & courtesy demonstrated by Paul, Mike & Andy. They arrived at the designated time, installed the equipment, explained the operations of the thermostat & left the basement very tidy & disposed of all old equipment & boxes & parts.

I highly recommend John Lock for your heating & AC needs - they are a local company that takes pride in their workmanship customer relations!!!

This company USED to be good. I am disabled and our lennox furnace kept going out and these idiots couldn't figure out the problem after three service calls. they then said they would call lennox, and never did. now they want me to pay the service charge for something they NEVER FIXED!
