No other HVAC company has been as helpful, knowledgeable or as resourceful as GMG. These guys really kill it when it comes to air conditioning. We were working with another company recommended by a fried, which determined, correctly, we had a coolant leak in the evaporator coil. It’s not important if you don’t’ know what that is, but it was clear we needed to replace this critical component. Our former company claimed the part was completely unavailable, leaving us to suffer without air conditioning for most of a very hot and humid August. But GMG had no problem finding the right component, and, the tech who arrived, Joe, is clearly immersed in how a/c units operate, what goes wrong and how to repair them. He is the most knowledgeable and articulate tech, anywhere. Don’t let those tatts fool or distract you. This is the guy you want on your system. And, BTW, GMG had no trouble finding the “unavailable” evaporator coil. Andrew, Joe, Ashley, Nick . . . . these are the folks who will now be looking over our a/c system. You’ll have a tough time finding anyone that compares. These guys stand head and shoulders over anyone we have dealt with in the industry.

Andrew showed me what had to be replaced and explained the problem. He worked inside and outdoors and was very neat.

From the beginning working with this company they were very professional. Gave me the best quote around. There work was fast, clean and very good quality. They cleaned up after the job site and did a very good job overall. The only reason for the 4 stars because I had to call multiple times for my quote and then when I accepted the job I had to follow up to see when they would complete the job. Their communication could have been a little better. I had to call the day before to find out the time they were coming. Communication needs a little bit of work but besides that work was great! Now waiting to turn on the system.
