About an hour after I called (on a Wednesday morning), Dawn arrived at my residence. He took care of the problem (a clogged toilet drain) and made sure it didn't happen again. He had to disassemble the toilet in order to remove the obstruction, therefore the service was somewhat pricey at $600. It would have cost $300 for the bare minimum service (with simply an auger).

After I called, the professionals came out almost promptly. Covid-19 defense procedures were followed. Destin took a look at it, figured out what needed to be done to fix it, gave me a fair price, and got to work as soon as I gave my approval. They completed the job promptly. No biggie. They were helpful and quick; I would hire them again.

The Dawn came in quickly, did a good job, and were very professional. The price is a bit steep for my liking. The price tag was hefty, but the results were worth it. Highly Recommended !
