I have a need for knowledge, so I soaked in every bit of his exhaustive explanations. I picked up a wealth of knowledge that will serve me well as I remain vigilant in the face of future challenges. A slow leak in the outdoor faucet was also fixed by him. In order to save money on his services, I decided to sign up for the five-year membership. This, however, is not a budget plumber; rather, they offer a service of the highest quality. It's the most costly plumbing service I've ever used, but I decided to go ahead with them because they were able to come out soon, Destin was so pleasant, and the cost wasn't out of my range. I'll say it again: if you're looking for the cheapest option, this is not the firm for you. When he was done, though, I knew that the money had been well spent; not only was the service top-notch, but so, too, was his expertise, the quality of the tools at his disposal, and the value of the lessons I had learned. Destin also provided a wealth of information that will facilitate my better, more regular, and less costly maintenance of things. You definitely got what you paid for here. I did, and I'm confident that Prime Brooklyn Plumber Services will provide me with excellent service for the foreseeable future. I have no qualms about working with them again.

A leak was being caused by my broken water softener. Even though Dawn wasn't around, he got in touch with me quickly after I called. We were blown away by Destin and Dawn. Provided exceptional assistance in a time of crisis. Since I was calling from out of town and my home warranty wouldn't be able to dispatch anyone for days (the leak was still ongoing), I decided to contact Prime Brooklyn Plumber Services. Courtney contacted Dawn, and the two of them helped me address the active leak and returned the next day (the initial call was made at 10:30pm) to do the remaining repairs. Dawn professionalism and quality of work were outstanding. However, Tanya (morning call) could learn a thing or two about customer service from Destin and Dawn.
