When I saw that my water pressure was low, I called Prime Brooklyn Plumber Services to investigate. The plumber that came out was named Dawn He was highly competent, and in short order he had determined that my preexisting water softener was defective. He suggested that I get a water softener from a local company; apparently, the water is particularly hard in our lovely city. They were able to get me an estimate, and I accepted it. Dawn stayed and installed everything in a hurry, making sure our issue was resolved before he went. Dawn also impressed me by taking the time to put on boot covers before entering our home. The whole time, he concealed his identity behind a mask. They are a fantastic business, and I will be using them again soon.

The company's customer service exceeded my expectations. There was a leak outdoors, and no other businesses were willing to assist us. Prime Brooklyn Plumber Services was able to schedule someone for us, and they arrived promptly at the appointed hour. Dawn was fantastic; he was pleasant and dedicated to resolving the issue so that we could get water back into our house.

What a relief it was to find this firm. Dawn the installer, does an excellent job and is very knowledgeable. I appreciate them coming back at 4:30 and working until 10:00 to finish the installation. Another young man who helped out was fantastic as well. In general, they performed a fantastic job. My only little gripe is that although Destin at the office gave me a pricing over the phone, Dawn ended up charging me more because they couldn't give me the $300 discount on the water softener and the $150 discount on the membership. In order to keep the phone quote, I chose against buying the membership. To this day, I have no complaints and continue to endorse Prime Brooklyn Plumber Services. My sister is going to use them to put in a water softener.

They showed up, fixed my broken pipe, and left. To accomplish this, they initially proposed we use a camera to observe the situation below (how totally fantastic is that?). The time slot allotted for me was 8-10 o'clock. The company called me to let me know that their technician would be late. A text message with the technician's name and photo was given to me when he was on his way. When he got here, he assessed the work I needed done and provided a price. Dawn was really skilled and competent, and if he wasn't satisfied with the outcome, he redone the project. The guy was great!

I couldn't get the kitchen faucet to stay tight. It was the weekend, so that makes sense. When I phoned a third business, Prime Brooklyn Plumber & HVAC Services, they were able to get me in immediately soon. (The others said they could come within 24 hours, but it took them two to three days.) Thank goodness Greg Gonzalez was there. After he fixed the faucet, I asked him if there was any way to get hot water to a sink in the basement in less than ten minutes. He gave me an explanation for why I was having this issue and suggested that I install a small water heater. I looked into it and sent him an email with a few options. The one with the most positive reviews is the one he suggested I get. Greg was able to install it, wire it, and bring my 50+ year old, out-of-code outlets up to code because he was also skilled in electrical work (something not all "rooter people" are). Because they were over 50 years old and jammed, the angle stop valves under the sink leaked, so I had Greg replace them. Greg did not "push" any more services on anyone. Because of his obvious competence, knowledge, and skill, I asked for them.

When Dawn found out that my bathroom was flooded with sewage, he came as soon as he could. My yard's drain has a weird obstruction in it. He showed up at 9 o'clock at night, cleared it, unclogged ALL of my drains, and double-checked his work with a camera to make sure everything was in order; the whole process took only an hour and a half. I went with the best rated 24 hour plumber and was not let down. He was prompt, polite, and careful to watch for my three cats as they darted in and out of the door. I appreciate it very much. It was quite unpleasant. After he left, the remaining mess wasn't cleaned up until 12:30. Extremely quick and effective. Again, I would hire them.
