The technician that performed the required services was not only courteous and knowledgeable; but explained in detail the necessary items to be replaced, as well as accomplished required tasks in a very timely fashion.

My experience with Dalton ended with great service, friendly employees and a working AC. They also provided me with a brief diagnostic on some issues to keep an eye out for in the future. Excellent service. Our furnace wasn't heating our house, and with two small kids in the peak of winter, this is a pretty big problem. The technician came and fully assessed the situation, showed my Wife how to troubleshoot herself , and ended up replacing a sensor. This immediately fixed the issue. Would definitely use and recommend Dalton Heating & Air Conditioning!

I scheduled a technician to come out and repair my boiler. They had no one available and I had to schedule 5 days in advance. They gave me a 4-hour window and the technician might arrive, so I planned my day around it. The technician never showed up and no one ever called me. I then called Dalton to see where the technician was and I was told it would take 3 to 6 business days to have someone else come out.

Service tech was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell us something we didn't need. We highly recommend this company!

James exhibited an excellent knowledge and took time to explain what he was doing as he worked. When questioned about the problems he was looking for and what symptoms might develop he was quick to point out that the needed repairs should only be done by a qualified professional. What was even better was his more than favorable appreciation for his employer. James is welcome to service our HVAC system any time.

Our Air went out just before a thunderstorm tonight,Dalton came after hours and had us back and running quickly. He explained what he was checking and it ended up being a wire repair. Upfront and honest, don’t call anyone else.
