The technician from Dalton Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. Did a thorough inspection and safety test on my furnace in which he assessed the problem being the inducer motor. He told me they did not have the part and that it would have to be ordered. I was very surprised to receive a call the very next morning informing me that they had the part. Half an hour later, he was at the door and had the new part installed in no time. Great service!

Our AC was broken during the heat wave & we decided to go with Dalton because they promised same day appointments. I had to keep calling them because they didn't show up at assigned time. By the evening, they tell me they can't show up & will make an appointment next day.

This was a terrible experience. It is important that emergency services are reliable & proactive in keeping customers informed. I got neither from this company.

Dalton Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. sent a technician out to diagnose a problem with our line set, which had been damaged by contractors. He was courteous and professional, and he discovered the breached line in less than ten minutes. This was after I had another large HVAC contractor out to diagnose the problem, but he couldn't find a solution or come up with a conclusion. To address the breached lineset on an R22 system, he provided me with clear next steps and multiple solutions. Thank you for your assistance!
